• Our client is looking to bring an Administrative Accounting Assistant into their Accounting department.

OVERVIEW OF THE ADMIN ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT ROLE:

• Maintain accurate and organized financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, expense reports, and general ledger entries.
• Admin Accounting Assistant inputs and manages financial data in our accounting system with a high degree of accuracy.
• Provide administrative assistance to the finance department, including handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents.
• Admin Accounting Assistant assists in processing invoices, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR ADMIN ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT ROLE:

• Previous experience in administrative accounting roles or related fields is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• The Administrative Accounting Assistant should have moderate experience with Excel.
