ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

OVERVIEW OF THE ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT ROLE:
- The Accounting Assistant will contribute to the accounts payable and receivable departments, dealing with invoices and some billing
- The Accounting Assistant will complete regular bank/account reconciliations
- Create and edit journal entries and work within the GL
- Support with other duties as needed in the department
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT ROLE:
- 1 years of accounting experience, with a good foundation of GAAP
- Hard-working, a quick learner, and a team player
- Microsoft Dynamics experience
- Excel proficiency is required for Accounting Assistant role.
