We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team at our Pittsburgh factory. As an Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial records and ensuring accuracy in our accounting processes. 

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and records
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
• Perform month-end and year-end close processes
• Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes
• Run Payroll and own the compliance for various states
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting standards
• Assist in ERP design and implementation

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
• 7 plus years of accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in using accounting software, such as Quickbooks and NetSuite
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• CPA certification is a plus
