ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATOR

• The Accounting Administrator will be responsible for processing monthly payroll including semi-monthly timesheet approval and posting as well as accounts payable duties.

OVERVIEW OF THE ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:

• The Accounting Administrator will process monthly payroll
• Ensure semi-monthly timesheets are accurate
• The Accounting Administrator will process invoices
• Pay out employee expenses

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATIVE:

• High School Diploma; Associates/Bachelors preferred
• Accounting Administrator must be proficient with Microsoft Suite
• Must be able to learn other accounting software systems
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records
