Mpire Financial Group LLC is Hiring a Business Development Representative Near Orlando, FL
We are looking to hire a dynamic self-starter that will drive business to a Central Florida-based mortgage team.
This is a COMMISIONED-BASED ONLY role. Top earners earn six figures within the first year. All hired BDRs will receive one on one training and ongoing coaching to ensure success within the role. The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, financial advisors, bankers, title companies, and other referral partnerships to generate residential purchases and refinance business. The BDR will further be the face of the mortgage team within the community and through networking groups.
- Promote the mortgage team to drive in residential purchase and refinance business
- Seek out and maintain relationships with residential real estate agents
- Meet with buyers’ agents, listing agents, financial advisors, bankers, and title companies (15 meetings minimum a week)
- Represent the mortgage team at networking and Chamber of Commerce events
- Create and execute a consistent follow-up plan
- Plan and host classes and other events that showcase important topics in the real estate and mortgage industry
- Call qualified agents (60 successful conversations minimum a week) and obtain a meeting with those real estate agents
- Maintain a strong social media presence that promotes the brand awareness of the mortgage team.
- Utilize a variety of prospecting and follow-up techniques to help our team grow in productions
- Will have 15 in-person meetings per week with referral partners and real estate agents
- Will be an active participant in networking groups
- Will have a minimum of 60 successful phone calls per week
- Will close their first, self-generated loan within 90 days
- Has the ability to adapt to a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Self-starter who is highly motivated to succeed in the mortgage industry
- Exemplary and consistent follow up with business partners
