Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and excellent communication skills. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, warm calling potential clients, and driving business growth.
Duties:
- Conduct warm & cold calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify opportunities for business development and growth
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to potential customers
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and schedule appointments
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or business development
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate in Spanish is a plus
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of technical sales is preferred but not required
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on building relationships
- Must have reliable transportation
