Mpire Financial Group LLC is Hiring a Remote Business Development Representative

We’re seeking ambitious and strategic thinkers who know how to drive business opportunities to our company. Does this sound like you? You’ll build relationships with clients, generate qualified leads, and convert those leads into lifelong customers. The ideal candidate for this position is currently a licensed professional, or can gain licensure within 90 days of hire, and thrive on making deals while talking with people out in the field.   • Update status of the loan file to agents and borrowers through the weekly “Just Ask” call for the company
  • Schedule face to face coffee appointments, lunches, and happy hours with agents, bankers, and other professionals with a goal of 10-12 face-to-face meetings per week
  • Design and craft flyers for realtors and monthly mailers working together with marketing team to positively represent the business
  • Attract more business by posting engaging content to social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, and other appropriate apps and sites
  • Update current information for all leads to teams by continuously revising the client database
Qualifications:
  • Experience of 1 year at least in sales as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or in a similar role
  • A dependable form of transportation is a must in order to attend client meetings
  • Awareness of current sales process and how to enter information into client databases
  • A current NMLS license or National Association of Mortgage Broker licensure or certification is required or must be willing to get licensed within 90 days of employment
  • Demonstrated strength in the areas of time management, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
