We’re looking for someone who can: 

• Maintain internal email management of vendors and colleagues
• Ensure invoices are being entered in a timely manner
• Manage vendor payments
• Communicate with internal and external clients
• Setup and validate cash payments
• Prepare reports and account reconciliations
• Work collaboratively with team members at all levels
• Proactively anticipate finance needs and process improvement

It’ll be helpful if you have: 

• 2-3 years’ experience required in an accounting role including accounts payable
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Excellent organization & communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage expectations
• A keen eye for detail
• Analytical, critical thinking and mathematical skills.
• Excellent computer skills with an aptitude to learn new systems.
• Quantitative skills with good problem-solving capabilities.
