KSM is Hiring an Accounts Payable Associate Near Indianapolis, IN
- Receive and process vendor invoices, ensuring proper coding, authorization and adherence to company policies.
- Prepare and issue payments to vendors within established timelines.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve disputes.
- Assist with preparation of 1099’s to vendors.
- Support the accounting team in month-end and year-end closing processes as needed.
- Perform general clerical duties as needed to support the Accounts Payable function.
- Other duties as assigned
- Associates degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- 3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable or similar role.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks, SAGE Intacct, etc..). Knowledge of Bill.com a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Team-player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and confidentiality a must
- Ability to prioritize tasks
