OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY
The Student Accounts Specialist reports to the CFO & Executive Vice President of Finance & Administration. The Student Accounts Specialist is responsible for daily administration of the University’s accounts receivable, and the accuracy of charges, credits, payments, and refunds entered in the billing system. The Student Accounts Specialist works closely with the Financial Aid Department & the Business office for the reconciliation of the aid applied to students’ accounts. The Student Accounts Specialist works closely and collaboratively with the university leadership to achieve a strategic, student-centered approach to student accounts management.
This position does not supervise others.
