Responsible for successfully securing the accountsreceivables for multiple communities. Responsible for the Medicaid reporting,Medicaid billing, Medicaid collections, and account reconciliation for variousMedicaid payers in addition to the oversight of resident portions. Must workclosely with AR Accounting team and community staff. Special projects asassigned. Occasional travel may be required. The successful candidatewill possess a Bachelor’s Degree or an Associate’s Degree with three years ofexperience in Indiana Medicaid billing and collections. Ideal candidatedemonstrates attention to detail, timeliness, accuracy in reporting andanalyzing data. In addition, candidate must be dependable, autonomous, andwilling to adapt to changes as needed.
Additional requirements: professional behavior, excellentorganizational skills, communication skills both verbal and written, excellentcomputer skills with current Microsoft Office products, and accountingsoftware.
