We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our client's team. You'll be reaching out to mid-market and large enterprise clients, fostering client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate meetings through cold calling (50-100 calls per day), email, LinkedIn
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Utilize CRM and sales tools to track performance and manage pipeline

Requirements

Minimum qualifications:
  • 1y of SaaS sales experience in a BDR or similar outbound sales role
  • Proficiency in cold calling (50 calls per day), email and LinkedIn outreach
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, LinkedIn SalesNav, Apollo, Seamless or similar tools
  • Ability to work from the office in Falls Church VA 3 days per week
Preferred qualifications:
  • 2y in Enterprise SaaS sales
  • Experience in Data Security, Data Privacy Governance Software sales
  • Experience selling to CCO, CIO, CISO, Chief Privacy Officer
  • Startup experience
