We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounts Payable professional for a t position in the fast-paced Automotive industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all facets of Accounts Payable processes, including data entry, expense reports, vendor applications, and month-end procedures. This role requires a high level of proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of general accounting procedures. Experience in the automotive industry is a significant plus.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of accounts payable, including invoice processing, 3-way match, and vendor payments.
2. Maintain and update vendor application information.
3. Prepare and process expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
4. Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and speed.
5. Assist in the preparation of month-end procedures and income statements.
6. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
7. File statements and other accounting documents as required.
8. Use email effectively for communication and coordination with internal departments and external vendors.
9. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
10. Adhere to internal controls and company policies to ensure integrity and accuracy of financial data.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role, preferably A plus if its Automotive industry.
2. Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
3. Strong knowledge of general accounting procedures.
4. Experience in processing accounts payable, preparing expense reports, and performing data entry.
5. Familiarity with 3-Way Match and vendor application processes.
6. Ability to manage month-end procedures and generate income statements.
7. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively use email for professional correspondence.
8. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
9. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
10. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
11. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
