Job Title: Business Development Sales Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Sales Representative to join our growing team at HiLabs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with prospects, and driving revenue growth. This role is pivotal in expanding our presence and requires a blend of sales acumen, industry knowledge, and a passion for technology and innovation in healthcare.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients in the healthcare sector. Utilize various methods such as networking, cold calling, email, and social media to generate new leads.
  • Sales Presentations and Demos: Conduct engaging and informative sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Highlight the unique features and benefits of our solutions.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities in the healthcare sector. Utilize this information to strategize and adapt sales approaches.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive strategy and optimal client satisfaction.

Desired Profile:

  • Proven experience (2 years) in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry or SaaS sales.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics and challenges.
  • Excellent communication, and client presence
  • Proficient in CRM software (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed
