Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO
- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events
- Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to attendees
- Conduct research and prepare reports as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Manage phone calls and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Experience with event planning is preferred
- Familiarity with DocuSign or other electronic signature platforms is a plus
- Previous experience in office management or executive support roles is desired
