Position Overview:
As the Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our CEO and maintaining the financial integrity of our operations. You will have the opportunity to work closely with high-profile clients, manage complex financial transactions, and provide administrative support to ensure the seamless operation of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform bookkeeping duties including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliation of financial accounts.
  • Manage financial transactions and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to executives including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and preparing reports and presentations.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial documents and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive financial information.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 Years of experience of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and other accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
