As an Executive Assistant here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling various administrative tasks. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in this role.
You will be supporting our VP, General Counsel & Strategic Licensing and the President of Electronic Solutions and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our team by providing high-quality administrative support. Your ability to prioritize tasks, handle confidential information, and communicate effectively will contribute to the overall success of our office
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage calendars and schedule meetings for team members
• Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Assist with document preparation and formatting
• Maintain office supplies and equipment
• Provide general administrative support to the team
