EOR is Hiring a Human Resources Coordinator Near Saint Paul, MN

Human Resources Coordinator

Emmons & Olivier Resources, Inc. (EOR) has an immediate opening within our Human Resources team at our Saint Paul, Minnesota office. EOR is an engineering and environmental consulting firm that specializes in: WATER (watersheds water resources), ECOLOGY (ecosystems natural resources) and COMMUNITY (civil engineering, landscape architecture planning).

Job Status

Part Time or Full Time availability

Brief Description:

EOR is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join its growing HR team. A successful candidate would be excited to step into a role that will assist with the full suite of HR functions including recruiting/onboarding and benefit management.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support HR core functions including, recruiting, onboarding, terminations, performance management, compensation, payroll and benefits.
  • Provide input and support to Human Resources projects and events.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process including job posting, phone screens, interview coordination, offer letters, and communication for the overall candidate experience.
  • Post and maintain job ads through the applicant tracking system and external job boards.
  • Assist current employees with general Human Resources needs and questions.
  • Perform other related duties as needed or assigned

Education/Experience requirements:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or similar field OR Associate’s Degree and 1 years of experience within Human Resources related role
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • Possess high level of confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy as well as an upbeat and positive attitude
  • Superior organization skills with an emphasis on attention to detail in both written and verbal communications

Preferred:

  • Experience working within a consulting firm preferred
  • Deltek experience preferred

Location

Saint Paul, MN with opportunity for hybrid work schedule 2-3 days a week
