Here's what you can expect to do in this role:This position serves as a member of the Human Resources Senior Leadership Team. The office location is at 25 W. Fourth St. in downtown Saint Paul. A hybrid work site/schedule is available.

A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Public Administration or a related degree; AND
Six years of professional level human resource experience at the Human Resources Consultant III level; AND
One year of leadership or supervisory experience.
A Master of Arts in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field may be substituted for two years of experience.
