Position: Human Resources Assistant – Level 2
Location: ST. Paul, MN (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months
Job Summary:
· Work in HR Operations handling day to day paperwork for active U.S. and Canada payroll following defined procedures. Collaborate daily with a team of payroll administration representatives.
Preferred Job Specific and Technical Skills:
· Exhibit great attention to detail and accuracy in work processes. Demonstrated customer service orientation with good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to organize, prioritize and adapt to different communication styles.
· Proficient in the following personal computer applications: Word, Excel, email, etc. Workday system experience preferred.
Minimum Requirements:
· High school degree or equivalent required.
Preferred Education, Work Experience and Knowledge:
· Post high school education preferred in Human Resources.
· Two plus years of HR or related customer service experience preferred.
