Job Summary

**This is a telework position but may require occasional visits to the office for meetings**

As the Occupational Health Supervisor you will supervise HR Operations staff supporting the Direct Care and Treatment (DCT) HR Operations and Occupational Health functions. In this position you will:

  • Function as the Occupational Health HR liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate, implement, administer, track, analyze data, develop and provide reports on DCT’s occupational health operations including testing, screening, risk assessment, tracking and compliance with policies, mandates and/or directives.
  • Partner with Executive Leadership, HR team members and other stakeholders to recruit and retain a talented and qualified workforce dedicated to the mission, core values, and beliefs of DHS, as well as the Agency strategic plan and also manage Labor Relations and performance standards within DCT as related to Occupational Health, with support from the Human Resources Occupational Health Director.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

1 year experience with research in the occupational health field. Experience must demonstrate:

  • Working with proof of vaccination and testing processes, procedures and documents.
  • Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, word processing, querying existing information and running reports.
  • Collecting information/data; auditing and verifying the accuracy of the data.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Supervisory experience
  • Experience reviewing and/or drafting policy language
  • Variety of experiences working effectively with others from different backgrounds and cultures.
  • Human Resources experience
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
