Title : Human Resources Assistant Level II
Location : St Paul, MN (Potential Hybrid after 90 days)
Duration : 6 months with possible extensions
We are seeking a highly organized Human Resources Assistant to join our growing team in St Paul, MN (with potential hybrid work after 90 days).
In this 6-month temporary role, you will ensure smooth HR operations by handling daily payroll paperwork for the US and Canada, following established procedures.
You will collaborate closely with our team of payroll administrators.
What you'll do :
- Process payroll paperwork for active US and Canadian employees
- Collaborate effectively with payroll team members
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
What you bring :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and adapt to different communication styles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Email)
- Experience with the Workday system (preferred)
Bonus points for :
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources
- Two or more years of HR or related customer service experience
