Job Title: Receptionist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and responsible individual to join our team as a Receptionist with light Administrative Assistant duties. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, managing visitors, handling incoming calls, and performing a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
● Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
● Welcome and direct visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
● Manage office supplies inventory, distribution, and placing orders as necessary.
● Perform administrative tasks including copying, laminating, data entry, and binding documents.
● Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Skills and Qualifications:
● Excellent verbal communication skills. Friendly and welcoming demeanor.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office productivity tools.
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
● High school diploma or equivalent.
● Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role is a plus.
