Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
This position provides senior-level direction in all areas of Human Resources, including employee relations, recruitment, retention, salary and benefits administration, counseling and discipline, workers compensation, and the provision of coaching and consultation to all levels of management regarding employee issues. This position supervises a small Human Resources team. Responsible for the day-to day operations the human resources department. Responsible for directing, planning and administering system programs and/or the development, installation and maintenance of competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs. Ensures the selection and retention of employees whose qualifications best match the needs of the local network to provide the liaison, advisory, service policy, and audit relationships and functions essential to the effective management of the network's staff.

Job Requirements
Minimum Education High school Diploma required. HR Certificate or Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience/training acceptable.
Minimum Work Experience Knowledge of JC, Federal and State regulations. Five (5) years of progressively increasing responsibility in employee relations, compensation, benefits and compliance.
Preferred Certifications: PRH/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP
