Responsibilities of the Human Resources Assistant
- Maintain employee database and records
- Sort through emails and calls for the HR department
- Display conflict management and proper decision making skills
- Assist the HR manager with performing administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
- Submit job postings online and manage the applicant flow
- Coordinate orientation and training for all new employee hires
Preferred Qualifications of the Human Resources Assistant
- At least 1-2 years of HR assistant experience
- Strong data entry skills
- Ability to use Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Must have strong communication skills
