Assisted Living is Hiring a HYBRID - Human Resources Generalist Near Bakersfield, CA

```Duties```
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or violations of company policies
- Assist in data collection and analysis for HR metrics and reporting
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records and files
- Assist in talent acquisition processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Coordinate employee orientation and onboarding processes
- Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
- Assist with talent management initiatives, such as performance management and succession planning

```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of employee relations principles and practices
- Proficient in data collection and analysis techniques
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail
- Experience in talent acquisition processes, including sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Familiarity with benefits administration systems (e.g., Paychex)
- Knowledge of talent management strategies and practices
- Ability to conduct employee orientations effectively
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Oracle) for data management and reporting purposes
