Job Summary:
We are seeking a detailed-oriented and fun Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting patients, answering phones, handling clinic inquiries, taking payments among other receptionist duties.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Help people with meditation
- Maintain a holistic atmosphere

Hours:

- Afternoon hours

- Monday-Friday: 3pm to 6:30pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.65 - $22.07 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
