Services Requested:

• Attends to visitors and callers as promptly as possible and greets them courteously, employing cultural competency training to ensure appropriate public service for a diverse constituency.
• Notifies attorneys promptly of arrival of public. Provides visitors or callers with appropriate forms for completion, such as intake or walk-in forms, and instructions on completing the forms.
• Provides information to visitors or callers by answering or referring inquiries.
• Takes clear, concise, and complete messages and forwards them to the appropriate party.
• Uses language access tools when appropriate.
• Ensures the reception area is clean, welcoming, and fully stocked with relevant materials.
• Accurately maintains all visitor and call logs.
• Communicates effectively and efficiently with internal staff about appointments, calls, and visitors.
• Schedules and reschedules intake appointments, interviews, and meetings as necessary.
• Follows instructions in drafting form letters, memoranda and other correspondence with minimal errors.
• Performs data entry efficiently with minimal errors.
• Receives, dates, and distributes mail to appropriate parties.
• Uses LEB’s case tracking system to complete data entry for new and existing cases.
