Law Office seeking full time receptionist who is ready to work and be a part of a fast paced and busy law firm.
Seeking a full-time employee to be in the office Monday - Friday - 9am - 5:30pm
Software Knowledge:
Microsoft Office
Duties include but not limited to:
Answer telephones and direct the caller to the appropriate staff
member.
Take and distribute accurate messages.
Greet public and clients and direct them to the correct staff member.
Data Entry.
Scan and Copy Documents.
Filing Documents in the correct place.
Assisting other members in the office with random office tasks.
What we are seeking:
2-year minimum Office experience required.
Must be reliable
Be a quick learner
Must be Computer Savvy
Ability to work a multi-line phone
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32,000.00 - $37,000.00 per year
