Job Title: Receptionist

Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk Management: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. Greet guests warmly, answer inquiries, and provide information about Effy Jewelry and its services.
2. Phone Handling: Manage incoming calls on the main company line, screen and direct calls to the appropriate person or department, and take messages as needed. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all interactions.
3. Guest Management: Ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for guests arriving at the office. Escort guests from the lobby to designated meeting areas, coordinate with employees to announce visitor arrivals, and provide any necessary assistance or amenities.
4. Order Office Supplies: Monitor office supply inventory levels and place orders for replenishment as needed. Keep track of supply budgets and ensure cost-effective procurement of office supplies.
5. Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Provide support to other departments as requested by management.
6. Facilities Coordination: Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and lobby. Coordinate with building management and maintenance staff to address any facility-related issues or concerns.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a corporate or professional environment.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment (fax machine, copier, scanner).
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
7. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
