Job Title: Receptionist

Position Overview:
As a receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing the front desk operations, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
- Ensure security procedures are followed, including issuing visitor badges as necessary.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and its services.
