Business Development Manager

5280 Floors is a high end flooring company located in Denver. We specialize in hardwood floors and concrete finishing for both residential and commercial clients. We are focused on growing our business by targeting Commercial GC's, Custom Home Builders, and the Architect / Design Community. We will soon be moving into a larger space with a public facing showroom to feature our flooring products and services. We are looking for a full time Business Development Manager to grow our B2B clientele.

Position Overview:

Flooring and construction experience is preferred. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

• Development of sales strategy / prospecting
• Builder/GC/A&D presentations
• Coordination of in house CEU's/client events/open houses
• Attending industry events
• Managing B2B relationships
• Retail/Showroom appointments

Qualifications:

• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to develop new business by cold calling/networking
• Outgoing, professional, and self-motivated
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Client experience focused

Pay: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
