Job Title: Director of Business Development - Home Instead (Denver, Colorado)

Overview: Home Instead is a leading provider of in-home care services for seniors, dedicated to enhancing the lives of aging adults and their families. Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
  2. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for expansion and competitive positioning.
  3. Partnership Development: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral sources.
  4. Sales Leadership: Lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  5. Brand Representation: Serve as the primary ambassador of the Home Instead Senior Care brand, effectively communicating our value proposition and service offerings.
  6. Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and establish meaningful connections.
  7. Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including operations, marketing, and finance to ensure alignment and cohesion in business development efforts.
  8. Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably within the healthcare or senior care industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building successful business relationships.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
