If you are a Business Development Professional looking to grow your career, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in the Denver, Colorado or Salt Lake City, Utah area, you will support our portfolio of Level Measurement products in Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, and Alberta, Canada. This is a field-based position with travel.
You will be part of a larger team of Business Development Mangers located across the United States all with a common goal to be the “technical backstop” for our direct sales channel ensuring the best possible experiences for our customers. A dedication to customer satisfaction is the number one priority for this position. The products in our Level Measurement portfolio are especially diverse and require deep technical understanding to ensure the right technologies are chosen to meet the constraints of the intended application.

Our training programs and initiatives focus on end-to-end development, from onboarding through senior leadership. We provide a wide range of development opportunities, including face-to-face and virtual training, mentorship and coaching, project management, and on-the-job training.
Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the salary/pay range for this role is $90,000 - $117,000 annually, with a center point bonus of $24,000 commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
