Position Overview:
As a Business Development and Sales Manager, your job is to promote our taxi services and make sure people know about us. You'll talk to potential customers, attend events, and work with local businesses to get our name out there.

Key Responsibilities of a Business Development and Sales Manager:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the transportation sector.
• Promote our taxi services on social media and at events.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing accounts.
• Talk to people about why they should choose our taxis.
• Build relationships with local businesses and groups.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the transportation industry.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications of a Business Development and Sales Manager:

• Proven experience in transportation sales with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the transportation industry, market trends, and customer needs.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Pay: $50,000 annual salary commission
