The HR Director is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the human resources function within the
organization. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall
business objectives. The HR Director will be a key player in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring
compliance with employment laws and regulations, and supporting the company's talent management and
development efforts.
