The Human Resources Generalist provides leadership and guidance to the organization in all areas of HR operations. The HR Generalist assists the Vice President of Human Resources in setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices. Requirements
The ideal Human Resources Generalist will possess the following required skills/abilities
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to pivot and transition between different but related business lines and workforces.
· Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
· Proficient use of all Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
· Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems. Paylocity a plus.
