What we're looking for
As an Administrative Assistant for the Washington Student Achievement Council (WSAC), you will provide high-level administrative support, helping the agency to run smoothly. This position reports to the Director of Operations & Administration, while supporting the Strategy & Partnerships team and the Career Connect Washington/Washington Jobs Initiatives team, eight colleagues in total. Success in this position requires: a team player who has a strong interest in the work of the Council and understands their role in helping to promote the initiatives of the Agency, a person who understands how their words and actions affect others and is willing to grow and foster both internal and external working relationships. Someone who is highly organized, comfortable with ambiguity, and who can adapt to change quickly and efficiently will succeed in this position. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is highly skilled with Microsoft Outlook, Zoom (or similar online platform), internet searches for research and has a propensity for multi-person executive-level scheduling.
