Your working days are spent in a highly committed and very international Sales environment. Besides supporting our busy California-based CCO, you will work closely with your regional colleagues all over the world to coordinate activities and ensure good governance of schedules and commitments. You will get your own areas of responsibility and work independently with your assigned tasks and projects.

This position is a hybrid role based out of our Boston and North Reading offices, but regardless of the location, your work hours must accommodate Pacific Time work hours (as well as Central European Time). You become member of the Executive Office Team, which is essentially supporting our Vice Presidents in their daily efforts to keep the company successful. You will report to the Executive Office Manager.


Role & responsibilities:

  • Support to CCO. Day-to-day support which requires the ability to see the big picture without losing attention to details. Monitoring and organizing/reorganizing schedules proactively and assisting in the preparation of reports
  • Meetings, events, and travel arrangements. Coordinate people across time zones and book venues, dinners, flights/transportation etc. related to little and big meetings as well as planning and driving schedules for larger events
  • Seeing around corners. Anticipate potential issues or opportunities before they arise. This means being proactive and spotting the needs of the CCO, the team, and the organization. It involves staying one step ahead, identifying potential challenges, and taking preemptive actions to address them
  • Communication. You must be at ease in writing as well as verbally. We communicate all day long, and you will quickly become a key point of communication inside the department
  • Functional onboarding of new senior level sales colleagues. Onboarding has high priority for us to make new colleagues comfortable and get them up to speed as fast as possible. Besides the corporate onboarding program, we arrange for individual introduction schedules to make sure everyone connects with key stakeholders and get the right training for the job


Skills and qualifications

As a candidate for this position, you are passionate about structure and deliver quality work. The ideal EA Sales is:

  • 7 years of experience as a a EA/PA with strong organizational skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office tools (Word, PP T, Outlook, Teams etc.)
  • An excellent communicator, internally as well as externally towards our customers/partners
  • Able to perform complex calendar management and international travel arrangements.
  • Used to handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Ready to work outside normal business hours.
  • Outgoing and familiar with working in a global and culturally diverse environment
  • Able to balance and prioritize the effort between distinct detail orientation and getting-things-done.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and with a schedule that is usually re-prioritized over the day.
