Position: DIRECT HIRE: Senior Executive Assistant
Duration: 3 Months
Work Location: Boston, MA, USA- 02115
Annual salary: $99-106K
5 years of EA experience is preferred - Higher ed is strongly preferred - Experience with complex calendar management, travel arrangements (international is preferred), managing exec email and correspondence on their behalf, tech savvy/comfortable with digital systems for organizing (experience with MAC computers is a plus). - Clear and concise, but thoughtful & friendly communication (via email, verbal and in person presence)..this person is also front desk/people facing, so that isa point of consideration for presentation style - Critical and strategic thinking – knowing how to navigate ambiguity and “politics” - Flexible and adaptable – likes the challenge of solving puzzles - Comfortable with on site 4 days a week UPDATE: as 4 days onsite, 1 day remote work The person in this position is highly visible and interacts with many internal and external VIPs on behalf of the dean. Therefore, they must be a well experienced executive asst, similar prior experience to senior leadership or C-suite leadership. They must have impeccable written and oral comms skills. They must also have grace under pressure and be able to adapt to ever-changing needs/priorities. Their overall tech/IT literacy must also be very advanced. A cover letter is required for consideration.
