We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, be proficient in managing calendars, and have excellent communication skills. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing support to our executives.
```Duties:```
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department
- Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
- Coordinate and schedule conference calls and video conferences
- Assist with special projects as assigned by executives
```Qualifications:```
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and phone systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong customer service skills
