POSITION FUNCTION
The Director, Human Resources serves as operations director for Human Resources; oversee day-to-day HR operations; coordinates benefit administration, recruitment efforts, special projects, planning, project development and problem solving; liaison between HR and key internal and external constituencies; provide leadership and supervision of HR operations/staff, and performs other duties as assigned.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administers benefit programs to include analysis and serving as primary contract with benefit providers, workers' compensation, unemployment and retirement plans.
Manages recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt employees.
Manages Unemployment claims/payments/tax and surety filings within states.
Directs daily operation of Human Resource Office
Manages Wellness Initiatives 5%
Oversees Audit of bi-weekly payroll
Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs
Performs various special projects

REQUIRED:
NOTE: Full-time. Regular working hours, Monday-Friday. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required.
