As the Director, Human Resources, you will be responsible for managing department staff and all strategic support for the agency including recruiting, employee administration, training & development, performance management, benefits, compensation, and employee relations. You will be on the Executive Leadership Team and advise our leaders and hiring managers on any employee or human resource concern. A major focus for this position will be on organizational development, preparing the workforce for expansion, delivering coaching, and training to workforce.
The ideal candidate will be a high-energy self-starter with the ability to work seamlessly with team members of all departments and levels. Other requirements of this position include:
