Job Description

Job Duties / Description :

  • Collaborate closely with leadership and technical teams to streamline processes, gather requirements, document changes, configure solutions, and facilitate user adoption.
  • Assist in configuring system forms and workflows across various HR modules, such as payroll (time & attendance), employee file management, record organization, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Participate in internal project meetings, offering updates on progress and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with Paycor representatives as necessary to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Offer end-user support to ensure comfort and proficiency with the new system and associated processes.
  • Engage with managers to validate data accuracy and ensure information remains current.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Paycor functionality and recommend best practices.
  • Aid in drafting and comprehending policies regarding system usage.
  • Provide assistance with administrative tasks and generalist duties as required, including employee file management and employment verifications.

Requirements :

  • 5 years of HR experience is required
  • Must have hands on experience with an HRIS implementation (Paycor would be IDEAL)
  • Experience writing, implementing, and managing the messaging around HR policies and procedures regarding the new HRIS system is highly desired
  • Change management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred

Additional Info :

  • Pay : $30-37 / hr
  • Schedule : 8am - 4 : 30 pm M-F (Approx.)
  • Location : Hybrid Flexibility (must work 100% in office during rough 1 month training period)
  • Type : Long-term contract (7-9 months approx.)
