Grander Peace Counseling LLC is a mental health practice with the main office located on Grand Avenue in Saint Paul with three additional locations. The group is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Generalist as a part time employee or contractor (if a small business owner) of 35 hours per month to fill emerging needs. **Job Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Grander Peace Counseling in various administrative tasks of the owner in order to contribute to the overall success of the organization.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist with recruitment processes such as job postings, scheduling and conducting interviews.

-Coordinate hiring paperwork and provide onboarding trainings

- Maintain employee and contractor records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.

- Assist in employee evaluation processes, contract renewals, and performance management.

-Engage in payroll processes

- Contribute to organization design efforts and employee relations activities.

-Provide liaison activities between the off site billing company and clinicians

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

- Demonstrated interest in psychology, social work, counseling, or therapy.

- Proven experience working in an HR or executive administrative role.

- Strong understanding of change management principles and strategic planning.

- Knowledge of employee evaluation processes and organization design concepts.

- Experience with MN state employment laws and employee relations.
