The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our commercial electrical business by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Knowledge and Abilities:
· Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
· 3 years of proven business development experience within the commercial electrical industry.
· Strong understanding of electrical services and solutions.
· Market knowledge and territory management.
· Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
· Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Hubspot (or similar software)
Work Environment:
This is a flexible position that requires flexible hours. This position will require office time, travel, business entertainment (Meals and Events) and client/partner visits. Hours will include days, nights, and weekends as needed depending on the event. Typically work week is 40-60 hours.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
