This position will be responsible for generating leads with potential new clients for our New York Security Guard Division, primarily focused on armed/unarmed security guards.

You will:
Be the only sales professional assigned to a prime, New York territory, where there is ample facilities security services business.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the ideal candidate will be energetic, sociable and able to carry on a conversation with people of all levels. This person is responsible for networking with industry groups, and vendors to produce qualified leads and convert new business for the company.

Principle Responsibilities:

Prospecting: Lead generation

• Create and maintain a database of prospective clients using the Company’s ACT software tool
• Conduct outreach and follow-up to clients, prospects and potential clients across the security guard spectrum.
• Leverage our Company's marketing materials to reach prospects with messaging relevant to how our company can help them with their security needs.
• Track, monitor and report on all lead generation activities to continuously secure meetings with new prospects
• Pitch Support

• On a case-by-case basis:

• Aid in the development of pitch background materials, including prospective client contact and business background research
• Lead proposals and Client Meetings

Required Knowledge and Skills

• 3 to 5 years with proven success in Sales and/or Business Development in Security Guard Industry
• Dynamic personality with excellent people skills,
• Strong persuasive writing and verbal abilities
• Entrepreneurial spirit with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrates ingenuity in attracting prospects

Salary commensurate with palpable experience - plus commission based on performance. Health Insurance options available.
