Title:Business Development Manager

Position Overview:As aBusiness Development Manager,you will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with high-value clients and key institutional partners. Your primary goal will be to maximize revenue generation and ensure client satisfaction, while also promoting the company’s services. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of financial services and markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with high net-worth individuals, corporate clients, institutional partners, and other stakeholders. Act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for all their financial needs.
  • Networking:Build and maintain a robust professional network within the industry and community to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their financial objectives align with the company's services. Regularly review portfolios, identify growth opportunities, and assess potential risks.
  • Financial Advisory:Provide expert financial advice, investment strategies, and customized solutions to clients based on their risk tolerance, investment goals, and overall financial situation.
  • Business Development:Identify new business opportunities by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing relationships to expand the company’s client base and achieve revenue targets.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures. Mitigate potential risks and maintain a strong control environment in all business development activities.
  • Team Collaboration:Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions and deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Market Analysis:Stay informed about the financial markets, economic trends, and industry developments to make informed investment recommendations and help clients navigate changing market conditions.
  • Performance Reporting:Prepare and present performance reports, financial analyses, and other relevant information to clients demonstrating the value of the company’s services.
  • Client Retention and Satisfaction:Actively engage with clients, addressing their concerns, and proactively resolving any issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction and long-term retention.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Significant experience (typically 8 years) in business development and relationship management within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value clients, achieving business development targets and driving revenue growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial markets and services, investment products, and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and the ability to assess and mitigate risks.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Client-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Commission Pay: Up to $80,000 - $90,000

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
