The Payroll & Benefits Specialist reports to the Human Resources Director at Telgian Engineering & Consulting, LLC. Primary duties include the timely and accurate processing of the organization’s payroll; managing employee benefits changes; maintaining employee records; reconciling accounts; and driving continuous improvement and standardization within the functional area.
