Job DescriptionThe Benefits Specialist reports to the Director - Human Resources (N. America) and is responsible for employee benefits administration. This may include but not limited to the administration of all company offered benefits to include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, various supplemental insurance and 401(k) plan, retirement plan is a shared administration with the payroll manager/401K administrator. Additionally, the Benefits Specialist ensures accurate Human Resources Information System (HRIS/HCM) data entry, maintenance, and reporting for benefits. They may also create reports and prepare documentation to support Benefit-related activities.

This is a hybrid position. The incumbent required to report to the assigned work location. Working hours may vary and may increase during open enrollment and/or during other health related initiatives.
The nature of this position requires the employee to work in an administrative office environment. This position is administrative in nature and has no unusual physical demands. (able to lift upwards of 15 pounds at a time). Reasonable accommodations made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The position may involve prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
